What areas do you serve?+
We serve the entire Kansas City metro on both the Kansas and Missouri sides — Overland Park, Leawood, Prairie Village, Lee's Summit, Liberty, Blue Springs and everywhere in between. If you don't see your neighborhood, just ask.
How much does a session cost?+
We offer Signature (4-hour) and Full Day (8-hour) sessions with an Orderwelly lead and trained crew. Full flat pricing is on our Pricing page.
Do I need to buy organizing products before the session?+
No. Your Orderwelly lead will recommend the right products for your space during the plan phase. Products and organizing materials are billed separately from labor so you only pay for what your project actually needs.
What happens on the day of my session?+
Your Orderwelly lead and crew arrive, protect your floors, edit and sort belongings with you, install the new system, style the space, and leave you with a documented Orderwelly Home Map™.
How should I prepare?+
You don't need to pre-clean or pre-organize. Just be reachable for a few key decisions and secure any pets during the session. We'll handle the rest.
Can you help with donations and trash removal?+
Yes. We can haul away donations, coordinate charity pickups and handle trash removal as an add-on.
Do you offer move-in / move-out help?+
Yes. Packing, unpacking, move coordination and full move management are all part of what we do.
Are appointments refundable?+
Payments are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled within 90 days.
